From 95' to the spring of 03', I worked as a sales & marketing rep for a local beverage company. I was able to get to know many wonderful people & get really involved with the community. I started working at Andrae's Harley Davidson 2 days a week while starting off my real estate career in 2003.

I obtained my real estate license in 2003 through a home study course from the Illinois Association of Realtors. I was successful in working with over 12 buyers & sellers in my first 6 months.

2004: My 1st full year! I assisted 45 buyers & sellers, $6.5 million in transactions. My commitment & dedication was awarded by the honor of receiving the Champaign County Association of REALTORS "R.O.O.K.I.E. of the Year" award, given to a promising new agent that has passion & dedication to their clients, career, & community. I also received the "President's Circle - signifying the Top 9% International of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally" at the International Banquet, Orlando, FL.

2005: More success & enjoyment!! I assisted 62 buyers & sellers, with over $8 million in transactions. In February of 06’ I received the "President's Circle" award again, at our International convention in San Francisco, which now signifies the Top 7% of sales associates internationally.

2006: In assisting the many families & individuals I formed a team my 3rd year in business, "Stefanie Pratt & Associates", with Erica Bales & Amber Dalton. My promise is to keep my service & dedication to anyone that has chosen to work with my team. In bringing on these agents, I am confident you will have an even more rewarding experience when working with us. We successfully closed 89 transactions totaling $13.7 Million, while maintaining the President’s Circle award signifying the Top 7% Internationally. I was also awarded a Top 3% International award, President’s Elite as an individual agent, since I formed the team later in the year.

2007: We assisted 70 clients totally $10.7 million . We continue to maintain the President’s Circle award, now signifying the Top 3% Internationally. I was also extremely honored when I was highlighted & featured in RIS Media’s national real estate magazine as one of the Top 50 Realtors on the Rise. I flew to New York to attend their leadership class in September & be honored. It was an amazing experience.

2008: Was another rewarding but challenging year as we closed $9.4 million and maintained to be the top selling agent/team for Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty. We did drop to Diamond Society for CB Internationally but that is still quite an honor in a challenging market.

2009: What a year! I personally designed, built and had my new home showcased in the Home Builder's Showcase of Homes, built by Signature Homes. I received 2 community awards: Top 20 Women to Know in Champaign County by the Illini Radio Group (Mix 94.5, WIXY, etc) and Top Forty under 40 Professionals to Know by Central Illinois Business Magazine. We soared back with top sales of $11.5 million and over 80 sales. We continue to be #1 for Coldwell Banker Devonshire Realty and in the top 10 Agents in our local association.

Community involvement is very important to me and look forward to being involved in the future growth and expansion in Champaign County. I have worked with many fundraisers & continue to be involved in these organizations as much as time allows. Committees I have served on are: Humane Society of Champaign County, Center for Women In Transition, Women's Business Council, Boys & Girls Club Duck Race, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Provena Covenant Foundation, Heart Association Heart Ball & many Chamber of Commerce events.

**To show my continued support to the community, I will continue to donate $100 to a local non-for-profit organization for every home my team sells over $100,000, which I started in 2006 to honor Coldwell Banker's 100th Anniversary.

My previous board involvements are as follows: Women's Business Council 5 years including President for 2 years, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Advisory, Champaign County Association of REALTORS@ committees to include Governmental Affairs, Professional Development, Grievance, and Professional Standards, City of Champaign Zoning Board of Appeals, Champaign County Chamber of Commerce Athena Award Luncheon, & March of Dimes. I am happy to add in 2008 the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club board of directors, honored to chair the Champaign County Humane Society dinner/auction the “Fur Ball” , and work on the Heart Association’s Heart Ball. I am also an appointed Chamber Ambassador for the Community. Yes, I have a lot of energy and love giving back! This is all done in the spare time that I find as I am a true multi-tasker.

I rely & enjoy home study courses that allow me to further my education. My past education includes Champaign County Chamber of Commerce Leadership, Dale Carnegie Sales, Relocation, Commercial and Investments Courses, numerous work study programs for Real Estate, along with 32 hours at Parkland College that started it all off!
