Realtor
As a Realtor for Stefanie Pratt & Associates team I work with my own clients to list and buy properties. I have worked with clients locally and also in the surrounding rural areas including St. Joseph, Homer, Royal, Hoopeston and Tolono. I love working with first time home buyers and helping them through the process of becoming homeowners, but helping any client to find a new home is rewarding. Marketing homes for sale is where I really get to be creative and utilize my skills through the numerous websites we advertise on and the many tools we employ to get listings exposure.
I previously worked as a receptionist at our offices front desk while attended the University of Illinois from 2002-2005. After receiving my teaching degree in May of 2005, I found myself more intrigued with real estate than I had planned. It was hard not to follow the path to becoming a licensed Realtor after working in such a great office and becoming a part of the Coldwell Banker family, not to mention there's a long line of Realtors in my family. I received my Real Estate License in 2005 and joined Stefanie's team in 2006 as a licensed Realtor and assistant/marketing coordinator. I transitioned into a full-time agent late 2009, but I value the knowledge and experience I gained in the position to better serve my clients.
