What
is a home warranty?
A
home warranty is a service contract that covers the repair or replacement of
many of the most frequently occurring breakdowns of home systems and
appliances.
Why
do I need a home warranty?
Your
home is most likely one of your biggest investments. Unexpected repair or
replacement costs can easily strain your budget. Plus, finding a
qualified professional to solve your problem can be stressful and inconvenient.
A home warranty cannot prevent systems or appliances from breaking down, but it
can help make covered repairs or replacements easier.

Benefits:
Buying
a new home is an exciting experience! It is also probably the largest
investment you’ll ever make. That is why you protect it with homeowner’s
insurance. But what about the items not covered by insurance: a water
heater failure… a dishwasher breakdown… an electrical problem?
An
AHS home warranty is a renewable service contract that covers the repair
or replacement of many major systems and appliances in your home.
Statistics show there is a 68% chance that a major system or appliance will
break down in a given year* and the average replacement cost of a home
system/appliance is $1388.* When a covered item fails, just call or visit
us at www.AHSservice .com. An AHS representative will
assign an approved and insured contractor to handle your request.
The contractor will schedule a time to assess the problem and make a repair or
replacement. Upon arrival, you’ll pay the contractor a trade service call
fee. Our customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, 365 days a year to accept service requests by phone or online.
